Before contacting support

• If fleet-art refinement is unavailable, continue with the local pixel ship. Creation and the full campaign do not require the remote artwork to finish.
• For a generation still in progress, reopen Nebulacraft on a network connection so it can check the secure shipyard job.
• If a mission feels difficult, choose the Steady Vector, select a crew doctrine, mix two support-wing roles, and spend alloy on reactor refits and talents.
• Ship saves and generated art are stored on the device. Deleting the app also removes that local data.

Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, and a screenshot. Never send an Apple password or payment-card number.
