Data on your device
Threadpin stores recent boards and their contents locally in an App Group shared by the app and its Messages extension. Boards can contain notes, links, tasks, dates, places, and decisions. The app does not read your conversation history or contacts.
Sharing
When you send a board, its contents are included in an interactive message delivered through Apple Messages. Conversation participants can read it and, with Threadpin installed, edit and resend it. Share only information you want those participants to receive. Links you open are handled by the destination service under its privacy policy.
Collection
Threadpin has no developer account system, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or developer-operated board server. Edge Case does not receive your boards. Apple may process Messages, App Store, and diagnostic data under Apple’s policies.
Deletion and support
Delete a board from the app’s recent-board list to remove that local record. Uninstalling the app removes its local app data. These actions do not remove messages or copies held by recipients. If you email support, we receive the information you send and use it to respond. Contact [email protected] for privacy requests.
